Full of emotions at the seminar “Contemporary Vietnamese architecture with A79”

On the morning of April 26, 2022, the seminar”Contemporary Vietnamese Architecture with A79″ took place at 33A Ba Trieu, marking many memorable “firsts” of Alphanam Group. The event was held on the occasion of Vietnam Architecture Day 27/4 – honoring passionate and talented architects. Special “firsts” On the side of Alphanam Group, there were the participation of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group – Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hai; Chairman of the Board of Directors of A79 JSC Ngo Trung Hai; Mr. Bui Hoang Tuan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alphanam E&C JSC, Member of the Board of Directors of A79 JSC; Mr. Giang Nguyen Hong Van – Deputy Director of A79 Joint Stock Company and the company’s members. In particular, the seminar welcomed special guests: Architect Nguyen Tan Van – Former President of Vietnam Association of Architects, Former Deputy Minister of Construction; Arch Shin Takamatsu – Chairman of Shin Takamatsu Architect and Associates with members of the Shin team. The two guests of the event are two respected architects who have contributed to changing the professional thinking of architects and created the “architectural identity” of the two countries of Vietnam and Japan with distinct philosophies and paths – they come together with members of A79 JSC to discuss a common passion, a common love for the architectural profession. The event is an important milestone in the development journey of A79 Joint Stock Company, marking memorable “firsts”: A conference on contemporary architecture was held for the first time. For the first time, there were guests who were famous architects to attend and talk with the members. For the first time, all members of A79 Joint Stock Company gathered together, thinking together about the path that the seniors and great people have walked from hard architecture to soft, contemporary architecture. And also for the first time, the architects of A79 shared their love of the profession with each other, and spread that love to the “pagans” at the event. Settled and proud At the opening of the program, Arch. Nguyen Tan Van affirmed that architecture is a profession recognized by humanity in terms of value: “Our profession is a technical profession full of society, humanity and culture, which later affects the economic development of the country. The stronger the country grows, the more architecture develops. At the same time, he shared the definition of “contemporary architecture”, which is the inheritance from what was built in the past to create and meet the expectations of modern life. For him, architecture is a symbol, architecture pioneers in integration and nothing can prevent that integration. In particular, he proposed to develop the A79 Joint Stock Company into a branch of architects because “Alphanam is a group that loves architecture!” “Give appreciation in every moment” – that is what Prof. Arch. Shin Takamatsu talks about the mission of architects. He sent a message to young architects about the responsibility, that they should create symbols so that when others look at them, they will feel so touched that they have to cry. Through video clips with specific and vivid illustrations, the famous architect from Japan has introduced hundreds of architectural works in his career of more than 50 years. In addition, he gives valuable suggestions on contemporary architecture, in which he mentions the need to learn from the past to use the language of architecture to create buildings with a modern breath. On behalf of A79 Joint Stock Company, Mr. Giang Nguyen Hong Van introduced the projects of Alphanam. He emphasized that A79 is still trying to bring designs from drawings to life and bring value to society and the community every day. “A79 has a differentiation point from any organization and business, is that 100% of products, ideas and dreams come true. With the A79, each passing journey leaves an imprint. Six years ago, A79 was a group of only three or four people, now it has grown to nearly 100 people. With the current workload, in the near future it can be up to 200 people. The journey of A79 will turn a new page”_ Chairman Nguyen Tuan Hai shared. Finally, the Chairman expressed his respect for the profession of architecture and architects: “ Architect is a dedicated profession, creating each work as a story. I understand that in order to make such works, it is necessary to have a natural talent, to put all the mind into it. That’s why I admire architects so much.” Dr. Architects. Ngo Trung Hai also has enthusiastic sharing: “The work is only considered as a product. But that work is a wonder if it is recognized by people. We are the ones who will quickly turn ideas into reality.” At the seminar, without pressure, only the love of the profession lit up the pride! On the occasion of Vietnam Architecture Day 27/4, may Alphanam’s architects always keep the flame of love for the profession to create more valuable works. Alpec & Fujialpha Team Building Quy Nhon 2022: Connecting Power – Breakthrough to Success

“Excited – explosive – burning out” must be the feelings left in the hearts of each member of Alpec Joint Venture JSC and Fujialpha Elevator JSC after the team building program in Quy Nhon from February 2-4 August, 2022. Experiencing the first 6 months of 2022 with hard work and getting excellent results, the members of Alpec and Fujialpha were awarded a holiday in the beautiful city – Quy Nhon. This is a meaningful gratitude from the Board of Directors, extremely worthy of the efforts of Alpec and Fujialpha employees. The trip is both a bridge for all members to have the opportunity to understand each other better, and promote the collective strength for future breakthroughs. Quy Nhon welcomed everyone with bright sunshine, more than 200 members of Alpec and Fujialpha gathered together to join dramatic team building games at the beach such as: “crossing the river”, “climbing mountains”, “passing tunnels”, “paving way”… that require the spirit of sacrifice, not afraid of difficulties, high concentration and shared responsibility of the whole group to understand that an individual or a single group will find it difficult to achieve the goal. Under the hot weather, with a brave spirit like true warriors, everyone quickly completed the games excellently, no one hesitated to roll and crawl to overcome the challenges. That image exuded a youthful energy, a brave spirit, fighting for a common goal of Alpec and Fujialpha warriors. After team building activities, the Gala dinner with pool party style on the rooftop of Altara Residences Quy Nhon gave everyone a relaxing time full of sublimation in the evening. Everyone raised their glasses, wished each other good health and enjoyed the impressive performances and delicious dishes from the Altara’s professional chefs. Besides, the surprise games also bring lots of fun for everyone. The program “TEAM BUILDING QUY NHON 2022: CONNECTING POWER – BREAKTHROUGH TO SUCCESS” left impressions and good memories in each person. Alpec and Fujialpha members returned to work with a high spirit of determination, better understood each other, and together created a close and friendly professional working environment. It is hopeful that all members of the two companies will always keep the connection and always accompany each other towards a common goal of the Alphanam group. General Director Nguyen Ngoc My (Sylvia) Attended The Global Women Summit 2022

From 23-25, June 2022, the 2022 Global Women’s Summit was hosted by Thailand with the theme “Women: Creating Opportunities in a New Situation” with the participation of more than 600 delegates from 52 countries and territories. Vice president Vo Thi Anh Xuan led the Vietnamese delegation to attend the conference. On June 24, 2022, General Director Nguyen Ngoc My (Sylvia) participated as a speaker at the Youth Forum “Meeting Entrepreneurship in Action” as a young female leader of a leading economic group in Vietnam. The program includes ten plenary sessions, one ministerial-level discussion session and eight thematic discussions, focusing on current issues of practical significance and of great interest to the international community. This conference is very practical in planning and implementing policies for socio-economic development and recovery in the post-COVID period. This is the second time that Ms.Sylvia and Vietnamese businesswomen have attended the Global Women’s Summit. Ms.Sylvia also joined as a speaker of the discussion session of Youth Forum: “Meeting Entrepreneurship in Action” at this conference. The forum has the participation of hundreds of female leaders from many major organizations around the world and more than 200 Thai students. Besides, there were 3 other speakers that are typical young businesswomen: Ms.Ponglada (Bell) Paniangwet – Co-Founder & CEO of Freshket from the host country Thailand; Ms.Karla Huerta – Founder & CEO of APB Sistemas from Mexico and Ms.Yada Piyajomkwan – Co-Founder & CEO of AJAIB from Indonesia. The moderator was Denis Evans – Vice President, Diversity Partnership Development, IBM, USA. The Global Women Summit (GSW) is one of the important events held in order to connect female leaders of Government agencies and enterprises on a global scale. What Alphanam has always aimed for is building an equal working environment, further confirming the consistent policy of Vietnam to promote gender equality in each stage of the country’s development – as the message of Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan affirmed in the opening remark of this conference.

The Sponsorship Agreement Signing Ceremony for Muong Hoa – Sa Pa Urban Area Project

On the afternoon of July 25, 2022, the signing ceremony of sponsorship agreement for the Muong Hoa Urban Area Project, Sa Pa between Muong Hoa Cultural Park Investment Joint Stock Company and Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), Thanh Xuan branch, took place at the head office, 108 Nguyen Trai, Hanoi. At the ceremony, there was the presence of General Director Nguyen Minh Nhat; Ms. Dang Thi Luu Van – Deputy General Director in charge of Finance; Ms. Thieu Thi Tam – Finance Director. On the sponsor side of BIDV Thanh Xuan, there was the presence of Mr. Lai Tien Quan – Branch Manager, Mr. Vu Van Khiem – Branch Deputy Director, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh – Head of Corporate Banking Division 6, together with other managers and members of the two sides. The Muong Hoa Urban Area Project, Sa Pa was developed with the goal of building residential areas, public works, social welfare, and synchronous technical infrastructure in line with the Sa Pa’s master plan; meeting the increasing demand for housing in Sa Pa district. A79 Training Program: Saint-Gobain Vietnam’s Wall and Ceiling Solution Construction Techniques

On the morning of June 9, 2022, the training program “Wall and ceiling solution construction techniques” for A79’s architects and department members took place at the headquarter, 108 Nguyen Trai, Hanoi. The program is organized by A79 and had the participation of Mr. Nguyen Tuan – Technical expert of Saint-Gobain Group Vietnam. Ceiling and drywall are increasingly being used in construction works because of their diversity, flexibility in application and richness in aesthetic shaping. However, the construction of ceilings and drywall to ensure long-term quality and durability requires interior designers to have a very specific understanding of the material properties, climatic conditions at the construction site as well as construction, installation … Saint-Gobain Vietnam is a French corporation operating in the field of designing, manufacturing and distributing building materials based in Vietnam. Currently, Alphanam has been using Vinh Tuong ceiling – drywall system, a trademark of Saint-Gobain Vietnam, for most of its construction works, typically King Palace Building at 108 Nguyen Trai. Therefore, A79 cooperated with Saint-Gobain Vietnam to organize a specialized technical training program for A79’s interior designers and other department members. At the opening remark, Mr. Nguyen Tuan shared about the system of bare bones – walls, drywall system, panel system according to each functional space, and categorized accessories. This general knowledge helps attendees grasp the strengths and weaknesses of different types of systems as well as materials selection and application to suitable projects. The presentation became more interesting and exciting when entering the part 2- principles and construction methods with correct technique to create aesthetics and economic benefit. At this part, the attendees had the opportunity to ask many good and interesting questions, and the expert also explained common errors and construction notes very specifically and in detail.
